In Panzoult, in the heart of Chinonais, our families, from generation to generation, have succeeded one another in promoting the richness of our terroir. Today, we are still 15 independent winegrowers united to run the Cave Touristique de la Sibylle.
Building on this momentum, we are offering you several trips: the discovery of an ancient sculpted quarry, immersion in the world of Rabelais, the discovery of our winegrowing profession and the tasting of our vintages in our Maison des Vins... What a great programme!
THE STORY

Finish your visit with a black-and-white animated film entitled Du Cep au Flacon (From Vine to Bottle), which tells the story of the major stages in the winegrowing profession over the course of the seasons... Sit back and enjoy these few minutes before returning to reality!

To discover the Cave Touristique de la Sibylle is to travel through the history of the Sibylle de Panzoult, to plunge into Panurge's dreams through an astonishing and fascinating scenography.
Along the 70 metres of underground galleries, plays of lights, shadows and animated shapes plunge visitors into the middle of a dream...

The last visit to the sculpted cellar is 1 hour before the morning and afternoon closures.
