A very enjoyable visit to a cellar that tells the story of Panurge. Shadow plays and engravings bring the cave back to life, followed by a wonderful tasting session.

Excellent self-guided tour, for young and old, very beautiful, as is the short film on the vine. Very friendly welcome and wine tasting. We'd definitely recommend it!

Wonderful place, top welcome, tasting of very good wines from the local winegrowers. A unique place. Mathys & Charline take great care of you. A must-see, with family or friends during a stay in Touraine!

One of the most interesting cellars to visit. The sculptures in the tufa stone are the work of artists, there is a link with the history of François Rabelais (a native of the region), there is a video on the work of the vine and a tasting session that introduces you to several winegrowers. We recommend this cellar tour.

I recommend the Cave de la Sibylle: for €5, you can visit the troglodyte cave and enjoy a fine tasting of Chinon. You will be greeted by a lady who knows her stuff and is very pleasant in her explanations.
